First thing you did this morning? Hugged my kids in bed.

What does 'wellness' mean to you? Living your best life, and feeling the benefits inside & out through healthy and informed choices.

Products found in your shower/by your bath? Shu Uemura shampoo & conditioner and Body Hero Body Wash by Glossier.

Three staples always in your kitchen cupboard? Olive oil, lemons & salt.

Currently reading? I’m between reading ‘Mindfulness for Women’ by Claire Irvin & Vidyamala Burch when I can, I fall asleep too quickly when reading at the moment, this is a nice relaxing read and reminds me to slow down a bit too. I’m also trying to read ‘My Brilliant Friend’ by Elena Ferrante.

Currently browsing (.com)? I’m looking at SSENSE & Farfetch waiting for a sale!

Favourite snack? Corn chips or Bliss balls.

An album/mix that calms your nervous system? ‘Spinning Away’ by Brian Eno & John Cale relaxes me and reminds me of my husband. <3

An album/mix that hypes you up? ‘Coolie High’ by Camp Lo & 'Pour It Up' by Rhianna.. :)

Favourite form of movement/exercise? Dancing.. !

One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? I would like to do Pilates more frequently, I love it, I always feel so great after I’ve done Pilates.

Nighttime rituals? I like burning some incense after the kids have gone to sleep, drinking either a wine or chamomile tea, and indulging in some television time, before washing my face, putting on some serums and heading to bed.

I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I see people wearing something I’ve made. I love seeing how different people style things, and it feels like a great achievement when someone looks great wearing your creation.

I'm currently working on... a new collection of jewellery and eyewear, and raising my son & daughter to be the best people they can be.

This time last year, I wish I knew... that this too shall pass. The best lessons are learnt from hard times.

I'm grateful for... so much! My family, my life, my business, my relationship, my kids, my home and my health.
