First thing you did this morning? Drank a big glass of water and meditated a little.
What does 'wellness' mean to you? Balance. I can be a little Type A sometimes, so this has been a big learning curve for me, but I’m slowly surrendering to the fact that this concept can be fluid from day to day.
Products found in your shower/by your bath? A dry body brush, Dermalogica microfoliant, Epsom salts, LESSE Ritual Serum and my own oil blend for soaking in the bath.
Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Coffee, natural wine and Westmont Pickles (my husband makes them, so we eat a lot of pickles).
Favourite kitchen utensil? It’s a tie between my Hario French press and Marcato pasta machine.
Favourite Travel destinations? Paris, Italy and road tripping in the USA.
Currently reading? I recently discovered The Body Keeps The Score by Bessel van der Kolk. And Joan Didion always.
Currently browsing (.com)? Space Matters, Self Practice, Vanessa Friedman’s NYT column and Business of Fashion.
Favourite breakfast food? It changes all the time, but right now it is yoghurt with some seeds and local honey.
Three items in your wallet / bag? RMS living Luminizer, Le Labo fragrance and a red lipstick – because it always makes me feel confident.
An album/mix that calms your nervous system? Harvest Moon by Neil Young.
An album/mix that hypes you up? Anything disco that I can dance to.
Most commonly used apps on your phone? Notes for jotting down ideas and Instagram for general inspiration or sharing my articles via Stories.
Favourite form of movement/exercise? Dancing, beach walks or Reformer Pilates, depending on the day.
One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? I recently learned Vedic Meditation with my friend Caroline and would like to perfect my practice by meditating for twenty minutes, twice a day.
Nighttime rituals? Sipping a glass of orange wine or a cup of Tulsi tea, depending on the mood.
I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I am collaborating with others on projects that are close to my heart.
I'm currently working on... finishing my book.
This time last year, I wish I knew... that life’s great challenges also invite great growth.
I'm grateful for... so much! My creative practice, living by the beach and, above all, my family, friends, husband and kitten.
