First thing you did this morning? My beauty ritual. I love using Ayurvedic products to help wake me up. As i’m using each product I set my intentions for the day.
What does 'well-being' mean to you? For me well-being is all about balance — prioritizing self care so that you are your best version of yourself for you and everyone around you.

Favourite kitchen utensil? I enjoy beautiful glassware to drink from.
Favourite travel destination? Anywhere with a warm water beach, sun, and amazing food.
Favourite form of movement/exercise? Hiking.
Nighttime rituals & practices? I unwind every evening with a relaxing hot bath and skincare.
One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? Yoga.
A secret? I love watching murder mysteries.
Someone you look up to? My partner. I admire his optimism and desire to do all things in love.
Something you're proud of? Becoming a mother.
I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I get a few hours to days of unlimited time to think, create, shoot without interruptions.
I'm currently working on... Making my home more cozy. Finding unique pieces to make our space feel more like us.
