First thing you did this morning? Honestly, I hit the snooze button on my alarm.

What does 'wellness' mean to you? For me wellness is a form of self care. Paying close attention to your bodily wants and needs, it’s a very luxurious thing for me and often something I forget to practice.

Products found in your shower/by your bath? Any form of purple toning shampoo and conditioner, also the MyOrganics Goji Miracle Mask.

Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and bagels.

Favourite kitchen utensil? A really sharp knife.

Favourite Travel destination? Spending time with family and close friends up in Canberra.

Currently reading? I just finished Norwegian Wood by Murakami and am about to start Confessions of a Mask by Mishima which is exciting.

Favourite breakfast food? The V.E.S.T from Alimentari is divine.

Three things flindnin your wallet/bag? I always carry around my little roll on perfume by Kleins (https://kleinsperfumery.com.au/products/agarwood-perfume-oil), my Student ID and any book that I’m currently reading.

Favourite form of movement/exercise? Walking or yoga.

One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? Definitely regular meditation or mindfulness… still yet to hop on that!

Nighttime rituals? If I’m not reading my book I’ll be spiralling into a deep dark hole of ASMR videos on youtube before passing out.

I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I’m creating work that I’m truly proud of. 

I'm currently working on... a body of work for uni! I’ve been branching out into new and exciting mediums and I can’t wait to share some of it.

This time last year, I wish I knew... that no matter how stressed I was everything would turn out okay, better than okay actually.

I'm grateful for… my passionate and creative drive, the loving support system that surrounds me and the confusing but fun city I live in.
