First thing you did this morning? Watched the sunrise at 6am. I'm in the hinterlands in Byron Bay staying at a friends place with the most incredible view, I sleep with the blind up so the sun and the birds wake me in the morning.
What does 'wellness' mean to you? Physical and mental health. Conscious living and self respect.
Products found in your shower/by your bath? I have a lot of bathroom products, I love spending time in the bath. I have Sans [ceuticals] hydrating hair care, Activator 7 Body, Hair & Face Oil, Goji Body + Face Cleansing Oil, Bio Active Body Exfoliant, Doterra Balance and Ground oils to add to bath blends of salts and dried flowers. For facial skin care I use a mix of Sodashi Skin Care, MV organics, Nuori Skin Care and O Cosmetics.
Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Peppermint tea, honey and peanut butter.
Favourite kitchen utensil? Our Nutribullet
Currently reading? 'Call me by your name' by André Aciman. I watched the film two nights ago and went out the next day and bought to book. It's the most beautiful film I have ever seen and the most beautiful book to read. The monologue at the end moved me so much that I don't think I will ever be the same again, for the better.

I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I am happy with myself, well rested and fit. When my mind and body are connected work flows the best.
I'm currently working on... a new body of work. I am in the blurry zone somewhere between my old work and new inspiration, I am patiently waiting on the moment when it hits me. Right now I am in Byron working on the interior and styling of the new Little Company Byron Bay Clinic which is a really exciting project. I am also studying my Masters in Design.
This time last year, I wish I knew... That life would click into place.
I'm grateful for... Steve, my husband, I'm crazy in love with him just now and in awe of everything he makes (he's a sculptor). I feel really lucky to be with someone who supports and inspires me every day. For my life, my family and my health.
