Nighttime rituals?
Finish a glass of red wine, jump into the shower, and intertwine with Shauna with music on in the background.

I feel most creatively fulfilled when… When I have conversations with others, and walk away feeling incredibly inspired and motivated.

I'm currently working on… A critical essay about how traumatic experiences can contribute to fallible memory.

This time last year, I wish I knew… That the unknown is okay. As it allows for more exploration and growth.

I'm grateful for… My beautiful partner Shauna, for her patience and kindness. I am incredibly grateful for my family who I love dearly.
