A Tool: Weekly Check-Ins
— BY LAUREN TREND
Weeks come and go in the blink of an eye. We all know what it feels like to have sworn that Monday week ago feels like just yesterday. One thing I find incredibly beneficial, for both my person and practice, is sitting down to check in with myself and what’s happening around me, on a weekly basis.
You might like to do this on a set day, per calendar week, to welcome a rhythm and an anchor point amidst a busy schedule. Below are some questions and prompts that you might like to check in with, each week.
Whether it be within Notes on your phone, or putting pen to paper - It is my hope that this process brings you clarity, insight, calm, gratitude and direction.
