SELF PRACTICE is — continually returning to the things that make us feel more ourselves, more accomplished.
We all have varied views on what it means to be feeling well (physically, emotionally, creatively) - but more often than not, we’re learning that by returning to self/practices, we feel just that little more accomplished in our day.
