Practices That Can Make You Feel Accomplished

 

SELF PRACTICE is — continually returning to the things that make us feel more ourselves, more accomplished.

We all have varied views on what it means to be feeling well (physically, emotionally, creatively) - but more often than not, we’re learning that by returning to self/practices, we feel just that little more accomplished in our day.

Below, a list of foundational practices for you/us to return to.

NB — we understand that people have varied abilities / resources. What might be simple to one, can be a great achievement or challenge to overcome, for another.


Self Practice is different for Every Body.


FOUNDATIONAL PRACTICES —

  11. Tuning into an informative podcast.

  16. Gentle stretching and body mapping.

  17. Setting boundaries.

  18. Communicating your needs.

  19. Doing something kind without expectation of return.

  21. Fostering a religious or spiritual connection and practice.
