First thing you did this morning? Rolled over and made love.

What does 'wellness' mean to you? Wellness is feeling like I am living a truly authentic life ... living my truth and being completely honest and only choosing to surround myself with people and items that bring joy and pleasure to my everyday. Wellness is waking up with energy. Wellness is choosing to eat organic and choosing to be outdoors in nature a lot. Wellness is making time for a lot of sex!

Products found in your shower/by your bath? Aesop is my go-to for face and body products. There's also a candle by my bath, a BIG bag of magnesium salts and every essential oil you can imagine.

Three things that can always be found in your kitchen cupboard? Raw sprouted spelt bread, avocados and cacao.

Favourite kitchen utensil? Tiny little teaspoon that I use to eat sweet stuff like raw choc mousse and coconut ice-cream.

Favourite Travel destination? India India India

Favourite breakfast food? Avocado, feta and sunflower sprouts on raw sprouted toast. With a drizzle of olive oil and plenty of salt on top.

Three items in your make up bag? Mascara, eyebrow pencil, liquid blush.

An album/mix that calms your nervous system? Rokia Traoré (Laidu) - I listened to this music heaps whilst recently on the beach in India recently. Takes me back to how chilled I felt at every single moment of the day.

An album/mix that hypes you up? Dr Dre (2001)

Most commonly used apps on your phone? Instagram, iBooks & messages.

Favourite form of movement/exercise? Right now, it's training with my partner, Nick. He's a CHEK practitioner and so we do movement practices and weight training that is really holistic and leaves me feeling energised, strong and grounded.

One thing you'd like to incorporate into your day/week that you're currently yet to? Pilates.

Nighttime rituals? A hot bath with magnesium salts and essential oils. Sex.

I feel most creatively fulfilled when... I am making love a lot. Our sexual energy is the same as our creative energy - it's all the same thing. So I feel super creative when I am enjoying lots of great sex. Life just seems to flow better.

I'm currently working on... In my business, I'm working on writing a new online course. In my personal life, I'm working on doing less and being okay with doing less.

This time last year, I wish I knew... That it was time to let go and trust that life always delivers the goods if I listen to my intuition.

I'm grateful for... A healthy and happy daughter. And the beautiful, magical relationship that I choose every day with my beautiful man.
