SHIPPING

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
We then begin processing your order and ship it out to your nominated shipping address as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the purchaser that all postal details are entered correctly at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address includes all necessary information ie. building and or unit number/s. SELF PRACTICE is not liable for orders not received, if shipping information is incorrect.

All SELF PRACTICE orders are packed and shipped in Melbourne, Australia after funds have been received in full. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation inclusive of a tracking number. You can use this to keep track of the ETA Of your order. Standard Domestic (Aus) deliveries should take on average take 4-7 business days to arrive. We ship internationally to most countries, with comprehensive shipping rates quoted at checkout. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of their own international import taxes and / or duties. International orders may take a little longer to arrive. Standard Domestic shipping - $10 AUD flat rate
Express Domestic shipping - $15 AUD flat rate

Standard International shipping - from $25 AUD
Express International shipping - $40 AUD flat rate

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the Products and services available for purchase from SELF PRACTICE, we do not accept returns on any orders.
Please therefore select carefully.

Should an order or product arrive damaged, please contact us alerting us to the fact and our team will get back to you with a prompt resolution.

PRE-ORDERS

If you have placed a pre-order for a SELF PRACTICE product the estimated delivery time can be found on that product’s page.

Please note that in-stock products that are ordered with pre-ordered products, will be shipped out together, when the pre-ordered item is available to ship. If you require in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place your orders separately.
